The Graham contract is just brutal all the way around.

$5.3mil roster bonus this year (already eaten by GB)

Between the roster and signing bonus, its roughly a $12.5mil cap hit to cut or trade him...

The remainder of his $3.45mil base salary would be paid by whoever traded for him.. so, fat chance on that

Worst of all, if I'm reading this right, he counts for $3.66 of bonus $$$ NEXT year, so we're not even finished with him yet

He's a minimum contract guy. Anyone whos watched his tape will see it. I'm curious how many teams physicals he'd fail even if he were tradeable.

.. most ridiculous of all, how did Gutey not see this coming? Schneider let the guy walk. They were co-workers for crying out loud! Did he not bother to pick up the phone? I'm a hack and I saw this coming!!

And I realize every team has a contract or two like this. But usually its one of their own! Teams rarely import and pay crap like this. I can't recall a Packer contract this bad since Cleditus Hunt.

He's the runaway #1 for me right now.

Its crazy what he's done in that offense over the years with only 2 dynamic playmakers (Lynch, Baldwin).. and just a brutal line for the most part.

I hear more and more people saying it; over the last full season played, he's put up Aaron Rodgers 2011 numbers... with an offense nowhere near as talented.

I'm nervous about the game tomorrow. Road team on Thursday. They've also been struggling lately. I dont think the Broncos have much bite so I think Chiefs get the win but still more nervous than I expected to be.

It would help if we were like healthy

Everyone has injuries though. That can’t be an excuse

It isn't an excuse, but key injuries in key places can definitely be a reason for a loss. It's the main reason why they lost to Indy it what should have been an easily winnable game, key injury to Fisher that allowed all kinds of pressure to get to Mahomes, key injury to Mahomes to prevent him from being mobile enough to still get the job done enough times. That combination was a killer.

So I hope you feel that same way when a team is missing 2+ of their starters on the o-line for the year and the offense is struggling as a result. Even if it isn't your team. 😉

I've mentioned the Patriots injury troubles before lol. I definitely think it could cost them in the short or long term.

Marshall Newhouse can cost you in both the long, and the short term..............

    Thats the NFLs worst nightmare.

They opposed gambling for decades. It will soon be legal across the country, and this 'allegedly' happens?

Lots of people p!$$ing themselves in the League office right now I bet.

Is it safe to say the 100th season has been ruined?

The Patriots haven't won the Superbowl, so no.

Wow, you're really gonna go there? You're just a band-wagon Pats hater.

Haha you can't take the bait every single time man, it's just too easy.

Seriously though, the Patriots winning the Super Bowl has nothing to do with whether the season is ruined or not. It's just immature griefing to get a reaction, and I think it needs to stop.

    I'll vehemently disagree.

Aside from you guys, who wants to see the Patriots IN, or WIN another Super Bowl?

I wont pretend that I dont despise them, because its obvious, but Its simply not entertaining to watch them anymore.

I think they are on the verge of ruining the sport. They're THAT much better than everyone else.

I think you're wrong, and salty. This is my childhood team, and my family grew up rooting for them. Do you have any idea how good it feels to have a team that can consistently win, no matter what is thrown at them? A team that, more often than not, will get the job done, even when nobody thinks they can?

This isn't a dynasty. This is something else.

The League can't compete with Belichick. Its becoming more and more obvious.

    Good for you.

Yes, I'm well aware of what it feels like to root for a winner. The Packers have been rock solid my entire adult life. I think I've been through 5 losing seasons in my 30 or so years as a fan.

Thats me. You're you. The overwhelming majority of the nation isn't rooting for the Patriots at this point. Why that is a problem for you, I don't know.

Fix is in boys. Packers vs Patriots! /s

     I'll drink to that

If we made it in 2014 I think the Packers would have won. Now I'd say Patriots this year. Sadly. Bostick really blew it for us.

McCarthy couldn't get his team to hold a double digit lead under 4:00 to go. Just a comedy of errors to blow that lead.

What do you think Belichick would have done to him??

I'm eternally grateful we never had to witness that massacre.

Who knows. I know they beat them in the regular season. Game wasn't as close like the score said either. Pretty hard to replicate all those errors and fuck ups.

    I hear ya.

That was the last great offense the team had. Jordy missed 2015 with the knee injury, and it really hasn't been quite the same since.

The thought of Mac V Belichick is horrifying though considering the epic implosions he was prone to (2007, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014...)

Bennett will be gone soon. Sad since his brother was such a great fit. Martellus needs to talk some sense into him.

Maybe he's trying to AB his way on to the 9ers.

Shame.. guy can be dominant when his head is on right.

So you just assume he's gonna be gone because of a ONE GAME suspension?

    That's what 'your' guys said..

    If the League was going to fix something, wouldn't it be;

The Browns - Last title 1964.. last playoff win with BELICHICK on their sideline (1994)

Lions - Last Title 1957.. last playoff win with Barry Sanders toting the pigskin (1991)

Or the Raiders in their last season in the Bay Area, with California attendance being a Leaguewide joke!

.. putting "Mercas team" back in would be better for ratings than Pack V Asterisks
