I’m no hunter and the few times I tried deer I didn’t really like it but since then I learned about how the taste is easily fouled up due to mishandling. I bet that was the case. Still though I’ve gained a lot of respect for the concept of hunting your own meat thanks to a certain great and powerful podcast I won’t name here. What has barn said about the Atlas Deer intrigues me. I managed a restaurant while in law school and have developed a fascination in different cuts and suppliers. I would love to try some dry-aged Wagyu beef from Australia. So simply put what’s the tastiest animal and what is the tastiest cut?
