Not sure I like the college catch rule.

     I think it's also a safety thing

I get it, but former NFL players should be catching with two feet down. And if they want to top the NFL in terms of excitement with all those original rules I feel like something like that sort of neutralizes it. Just my opinion.

    I love this idea though.

I am not quoting that giant gray block.

With Moore if you go back and look at the games, Reid was more than likely the biggest reason for his success. They designed a quickfire scheme that let him get the ball out fast and keep it pretty simple. It also kept him comfortable (although getting sacked 5 times against MIN probably didn't help that) and confident. Like bruinrogue said the supporting cast did most of the work. They did still let him air it out on occasion though, and he made a few fantastic throws, that one to Hill against Denver, after coming into the game with next to no preparation, was an absolute beauty. Reminded me sort of like Foles, great touch when he's in the zone. I wonder where both of them will end up next year.

That being said, I've watched Dak throughout his entire career, and I wouldn't give him anymore than 30 million. He should take the 33 mil and run like the wind.

Not if hes smart. He can easily get the Cowboys to pay more than that.

Probably. I just don't think he deserves it.

He would just join the long list of overpaid QBs that don’t get nearly the criticism Dak gets. It’s sad really

By overpaid do you mean in terms of talent of just in general? I agree with the latter, although it is a giant business and salaries are going to correlate.

     Either or. Doesn’t matter

I wouldn't personally call the list long in terms of salary to talent. Who would you put on that list, I'm curious.

Over the years? Off the top of my head- Cousins, Flacco, Stafford, Jimmy G, Foles, etc.

I wouldn't put Cousins on that list anymore imo, he's starting to thrive in that offense. The rest I agree on, but again, short list. I feel like most teams today have a good read on how much their QB is worth. If we're talking about over the years though and the list is simply long because of how long that time span is, then I get what you're saying.

I would say prepare for postseason heartbreak, but you know, that's changed quick.

Honestly at this point I feel like most everybody is a vicarious Chiefs fan unless they are directly affecting their primary team in some way. Mahomes is just straight up fun to watch.

Let's go Battlehawks! I might switch teams if I find one whose players/style I like more (not necessarily better, just more fun to watch), but honestly I'm just hoping this league makes it through an entire season. They likely won't go bankrupt considering who holds the reins to this one, which is nice.

The top 100 plays of the 2019 season video is here if anyone is interested. As much as I'm fine with which play was #1 considering it was an insane throw by Mahomes and essentially decided who won the Super Bowl, I'm a skill junkie and would have preferred #5, #4 and #3 to be #3-#1 (trying not to spoil anything). But I get it, importance of the moment is going to carry a lot of weight, especially if the play had the biggest impact of any of them in terms of who won it all.

     I had to skip #1 so I'll just pretend #2 was #1

     Fair enough lol.

I'm not saying to get rid of Dak. But if he is literally turning down 33 million a year they need to sit him down and go dude, you're not that good.

Cowboys were gonna give Dak 33 mil a year and yet he still asks for more. Mind you Rodgers is (33.5 a year)

     What choice do they have?

^That. Do exactly that. Laugh in his face.
