    i'll take simmons

you're saying he couldn't win with embiid and butler, but they only lost to the eastern conference champs, in game 7, in toronto, off of a ridiculous buzzer beater. it really seems like people forget how young he is. he hasn't had to develop a shot because he's so tall and he's a point guard, and he's good at like everything else. he's only 22 years old. wasn't this just his second year of playing? and then he only had one year of college... cut the guy some slack.

what i mean there is he has been able to get by without a jumper, because he's mostly been playing against high schoolers and college kids. this was just his second year in the nba, and didn't they win a playoff series both seasons?

I mean he’s been in the league for 3 years and hasn’t even shown minor improvements shooting the ball.  The young excuse is kind of pushing it now, this is his job.  3 years with nothing to worry about except learning how to shoot.

Yeah like everyone is saying, definitely not.....but side note...man do I hope he stays, like come on guy, you're getting free food, nice free penthouse suite, guy can live in Toronto for free throughout the season then go back to LA in the offseason. The NBA is a better place when the talented players are evenly dispersed throughout the league. No more super teams - lebron needs to retire, he's to blame for this.....

super teams will continue to exist until nba fans quit measuring the all time greats by their ring count

Most don’t. If that was the case, Bill Russell, Sam Jones, Robert Horry, etc. would be at the top of everyone’s list.

well people do use common sense to some extent

People will jump teams as long as AAU exists

Im very judgemental about these things, so Im just gonna go ahead and say that this is an awful casting for the Bat. Send Pattinson back to a teenage romance movie please.

     Why is it bad?

He just doesnt look anything like Bruce Wayne, and I couldnt see anyway they could make portray an adult Bruce Wayne. The only way I could remotely see Pattinson as Batman would be as an extremely young Batman, Im talking Millionaire playboy, early 20s, caped crusader that no one takes serious batman. I didnt hate Ben Affleck as Batman, and of course Christian Bale is goat. Both of those guys portrayed gritty, serious versions of the Dark Knight, this guy just seems like he would play a Batman in his early 20s, whose girlfriend just got kidnapped and now he wants to go out in Gotham City in some spandex to save her. I dont know, Pattinson just doesnt seem like Batman for me, and I dont understand how they could make him become the Bat. Maybe Im being too harsh, but when I see pattinson, I still see a guy from the twilight movies, and when I watch a Batman movie, I dont want him to be a guy who teenage girls crush over.

What did you see when Heath ledger was first cast as joker?

     all boston fans say that

No all logical ppl say that.

Only people that deal with reality.

you want reality? his stats suck. the end. hasn't even made a pro bowl lmfao

You made the argument that his playoff stats are all time good because he’s on the patriots.  It’s ok man tough scene

yeah what part of that doesn't make sense?

We went over this already, read the last page

you talking about socksfly's post? literally nobody is saying he's a hall of famer. he made one great catch, and made a lot of short receptions. he had those opportunities there because he played on the patriots. that's not a hypothetical, that is a fact. a hypothetical is saying he would or wouldn't have achieved the same things on a different team

Nope, not arguing he’s a hall of famer.  Just your post saying he’s a dominant postseason performer because he’s on the patriots.  Which is a stupid argument. For one, if you’re going to accumulate stats in the playoffs you have to play multiple games, same as jerry.  In which you agreed.  Secondly, there’s a lot of offensive players who have played a Ton of playoff games in NE.  None dominated like Julian in which the numbers reflect. So he did a lot more than make one catch.

yeah so julian is the best of all the bumass receivers the patriots have had (other than moss of course). i agree. doesn't mean he's a hall of famer

Man you’re lost.  Just shows how good Brady is only playing with 1 good receiver.  MUst be tough living life in denial

you're the lost one if you don't realize that oline and coaching is so much more important than receivers

     Tough scene

He knows what he needs to work on going forward and I predict he’ll finally develop the elusive jump shot that he needs. It’s honestly not his fault he’s been so overhyped this entire season by the media and fans but he’ll improve from this no doubt.

It’s so funny I said this like a month ago and got call a Celtics homer.

I said this before the playoffs started about hm and the bucks being inexperienced and got backlash

     I love being right
