I understand the difference between opinion and fact. I don't consider my opinions to be fact.
funny thing here though, nobody is bothering to dispute anything I said....
Nobody is dumping on you for saying Woodson should be on the list. They're dumping on you for saying it's irrelevant because you dont like it.
Yeah, I think that's it more than anything.
And you've been very dismissive of Darrell green. He was excellent, not just pretty good. One of my favorite corners. As a shorter but fast guy myself I always looked up to him.
I don't know man, Green just isn't very decorated. Only 1 first team All-Pro and 2 second teams. He played forever and that's a good argument for "excellence", but he wasn't dominant. And I think in general, I prefer dominance to longevity, if not both.
Drew brees also only has one first team all pro and 4 second teams. Should he be excluded then?
I think it's a little different for skill position players because we have statistics that accurately capture their production. We don't have to rely so heavily on other people's expertise.
Brees as a specific example also has to account for the fact that he was a direct contemporary to Peyton and Brady, 2 of the best ever. Tough to win accolades then.
yes corners 100% need skilled people to use the eye test. interceptions could be a measure of how many bad qbs you face or how much you gamble for picks
Should be an awesome PPV and I’m hoping Colby gets knocked out
245 has got 3 title defenses, absolutely can't wait. Honestly I'm cheering for Colby, not a fan of the guy but after his dislikability has made me a fan. And he's even admitted it's all for business. Either way, it'll be a great main event to close out the year, and then we have Conor's return against Cowboy in January. UFC is definitely peaking right now.
Literally the only reason I wouldnt care if Colby won is because he would dave Jorge next. The fireworks for that fight would be insane. But I absolutely want Colby to get destroyed because of how disrespectful he is.
Doesn't seem like Masvidal is interested in a title fight bout though.. more interested in making money fights. He's been trying to fight Nick Diaz and possibly Conor, and even threw shots at Canelo Alvarez but I'm pretty sure Colby and Masvidal were friends right? And then Colby turned his back on Jorge or sum like that. I think Jorge would demolish Colby tbh..
He would definitely take it but ur right, it’s not his top priority. The former friends turned enemies storyline would be great. I think he would beat Colby too based on how much he is improved.
This could be just me but the betrayed friends storyline between Jorge and Colby is pretty much all staged for promotion.

I don't think either guy has the power or submission skills to cause a stoppage. Curious to see if Covington's top level wrestling can avoid being taken down cause if not he's done. maybe usman is in another planet for wrestling skill
Funny how Jackrabbit gets cut for using the "R" word (Don't need a MH ban for using a common word), yet players (black and white, remember Riley Cooper?) say the N word and stay with the team.
I don’t think it’s for using the R word but more that he has been critical of the team all year and I think he even called out the dline earlier for not playing well.
yeah its been far more than the r word that was pretty much the last straw and an "excuse" to cut him that the media will buy and wont say the giants are dysfunctional. he's been beefing with the coaching staff all year
If the orioles were not in the al east they definitely could have won a championship before they started being dead last, but they got too many wild cards
Tony Gonzalez is the first tight end to be announced. Rest will be tomorrow. Absolutely zero surprise there.
If I had to take one in their prime, I'm going Gronk and it isnt a question. If I need one for their career, in going Tony.
yeah gronk is no doubt in my mind the best tight end ever to due just winning 1 on 1 matchups and being a top 3 run blockers. Gonzalez was way above the competition of his time though so he definitely deserves it and he played for so long
Lamar Jackson now holds the record for rushing yards by a QB.
also really impressive since he gets so much of it from actual running plays and not just scrambling. He actually runs closer to a running back with a blanced strong center of gravity than a lot of the qbs you see who run straight up like they are in a sprint.
I'd definitely take Baker over Wentz but definitely not Winston
I'd take Wentz over both.
I wouldn’t take Wentz over Haskins
Take em' over Goff though
I'd take Wentz and Haskins over Goff
I'd take Uncle Rico over Goff
Haskins is one of those qbs that was way overdrafted because of his physical traits and arms strength. Gm's still fall way too in love with physical traits over the ability to read defenses, He's nowhere near a bust yet though as he can still improve in this league with experience and hopefully good coaching and a teachable attitude.

yeah maybe the only person that can break it is himself
He always played really well defensively against the sixers.

easily could be 21-17 without the missed fg and turnover on downs
not sure what darnold saw on the double coverage interception. not even miscommunication
