Eli Manning is a HOFer. The worst HOFer in pro football history but a HOFer nevertheless.

Only until that hack that was carried by Bill B gets in

Laughing I’m with you man. It’s ok though, it was just a woman and a child. Who cares about those groups. Unless there’s a video, the NFL doesn’t care either

First of all you guys need to learn something about the law before you guys say anything. Innocent until proven guilty, in these social justice days its opposite. Not how it works.

Lol Hill beat his pregnant GF

Apparently we're about to learn a lesson about the law so lets listen up guys.

I’ve worked in the Legal field for 12 years lol. I know how the law works, but I’m here if he’s going to teach me something haha

He also said JJ Watt was better than Donald so I’ll take this very light as well.

I've already made plan with my wife to go lol. I'm not sure where they'd do it though. Hopefully it'll be in relative walking distance from my home.

     I’ll be there

     For real?

Yes. I just booked my room.

Out of 120 CBs that played at least 300 snaps, PFF had Xavier Rhodes graded as #114. He was just given a Pro Bowl spot.

One of my favorites, Alvin Kamara, was put into the Pro Bowl. But he didn't deserve it, at all. It's a joke. Demario Davis and Ryan Ramcyk, both named to the All Pro squad, did NOT make it to the Pro Bowl.  I still remember when Dak made it his rookie season over Brees, who did not, despite passing for over 5k yards.

Pro Bowl is an even worse popularity contest than All Pro is.

I tend to agree with most All Pro choices. Pro Bowl choices are laughable at best. 100% name recognition.

It’s the biggest joke in the world

Everybody (NFL teams) knew what Hernandez was coming into the NFL. A 1st round talent (All-American, Mackey Award winner) that had serious issues.

So the Pats got a 1st rounder in the 4th round. Dramatically improved their offense. Helped them get back to another Super Bowl. I don't have a problem with a team who takes a chance on players like this. Fact is, somebody is going to. Talent is king in the NFL. Always will be.

I thought it was interesting though, with Christian Peter in mind. Peter had some pretty serious issues coming into the League. Once Robert Krafts wife found out that (alleged) sexual assault was one of them, he was immediately cut, shortly after the Draft. Of course, claiming 'zero tolerance' for such acts.

So its interesting to have watched the contrast in how the two cases were handled. You can't claim zero tolerance, and with the security details these teams employ, or have at their disposal, there is simply no way the Patriots didn't have some clue what kind of extra curriculars Hernandez was a part of.

They knew, they didn't care because he was good. I'm not saying they knew the dude was shooting people, but they knew he was up to no good and didn't do anything except try to help him hide

I dont think you can blame the Pats to much. He had the worst CTE ever recorded. He was into bad stuff before the Pats.

Chiefs LB killed his GF and himself at the stadium. There were signs things werent okay but it still wasnt Chiefs fault.

Richie Incognito is freaking insane but it isnt the teams that hire him fault.

Could they have helped? Sure but every team has had players that went on to dk bad things when there were warning signs.

I do wonder if this impacted what they did with Josh Gordon though. They went so far out of their way to help him. When he got suspended they couldve released him. They kept him tho so he could have team insurance. They gave him a top rehab facility. They gave him a SB ring. I wonder if they looked back and thought they didnt help Hermandez enough so they wanted to make sure they helped Gordon all they could.

There’s only one instance that I thought what the patriots did was sketchy/not in good interest. Again, I’ll not talk about it here but I’ll take a DM to talk about it to avoid spoiling it for others.

I agree 100%. There is one thing they did that was very shady and messed up.

just spoil it already, reading through this thread is too exciting lol. Very Happy i havent watched it, dunno if i will

     It’s still worth watching.

Then it takes over valuable hours on Madden. unfortunately, i barely have time to play that lately. Can you reveal what the pats did wrong, and when i have the time to watch it i can judge myself.

Aaron Hernandez came to them and said he was in fear for his life (completely self inflicted) and they helped him get a secret apartment, instead of getting him help. It was just such a shady ass situation.

PFF’s Defensive Player of the Year.....

    Aaron Donald

     Nice!!!

I’m just glad they still recognize how great he was.

Still the best defensive player in the league. Would be getting more attention if he wasn't coming off the season he just had.

I agree. He's the best defensive player in the league for sure
