    That's why I posted for 5m.

    I had tried to sell him on a few occasions like 3 and 4 weeks ago for 8m but he didn't sell, so I just put him back into my lineup.

    It's a great card, which is why once again, he'll go back into my lineup if it doesn't sell this time.

    Also fixed a significant bug yesterday which caused some boost player's stats to not display in Team Builder.

    I used to expect USA date format of MM-DD-YYYY from your computer, but now it can handle any date format (like European DD-MM-YYYY).

     

    This fix requires you to download latest version dated today!!

    So I downloaded the Auto-Update and so I can't type in the player names anymore? Can only scroll to find the player?

     Never could do that in Excel, as far as I know. Think that's only available on Google Sheets.

     My bad! Added all 4 of the NFL 24/7 Achievement cards. They were being deleted by me with a myriad of duplicate cards EA has in the database which I purge from the database to make everything readable.

    If you want to see some really odd behavior in leveling, start looking at Special Teams. I've found 4 different players at same position and same base OVR which all level up differently.

     

    You'll even find in special teams that sometimes they will have to SUBTRACT from one stat just so they can boost another stat .... so they ONLY give +1 to OVR.

     

    If you can figure out a pattern or algorithm to the madness, and develop way for a spreadsheet like mine to more accurately determine what will boost and any given level, for any given position, including what happens when a +1 OVR or +8 OVR or +10 OVR is applied .... then I'm all ears!

    Try REFRESH ALL now and you should see today's TOTW players appear.

     

    Yes, some stats (and subsequently OVR's) may be a hair off this year for any cards you Train Up and those with a +1 OVR boost. All I can do at this point is equally boost all weighted stats to achieve +1 OVR for each OVR boost and/or each Level Up. This is also why you may see some decimal values inside the stats I display. EA will not share their algorithm for how they determine which stats to boost for each level for each position. This will probably be the best I can do this season. The bright side is at least I can show you a rough guestimate on what the stats might be (whereas last year I simply added +1 to the card's OVR and didn't give you any idea what may or may not have been boosted).

     

    Thank you to all the people who proved to me that Office 2010 & Office 2013 users need to install the free "Microsoft Power Query Add-In" if you wish to use the spreadsheet's data connections to update my databases without downloading a whole new spreadsheet every few days. That Add-In (and making sure you have all of your Windows updates and Office updates) does in fact cure the errors which have been mentioned in here for this season's version.

    You can update the data without downloading a new copy of spreadsheet IF you have a paid version of Microsoft Excel on a real computer (won't work in mobile version of Excel App for tablets & phones).
     
    To update data, click the "DATA" tab in Excel's ribbon at top of program, then click "REFRESH ALL" and be patient while it downloads the update (may take several minutes depending on your connection speed). This year, it not only downloads player database, but also the Gameplans, Coaches, Locker Items, Collectibles, and a special tab called Programs which allows my formulas to have support for future card programs EA releases down the road so you all don't have to download a new version every time the boosts aren't working right after a new promo drops!
     
    If any of you past users ever considered buying a Microsoft Office license, now is the time to do it!! This will make life so much easier for you daily users so you don't have to constantly download a new copy multiple times a week.

     Same issue here.
     I sent a PM to both of you guys asking if you can find me on KIK (AshCloud99) so we can discuss the problem in real time, but neither of you responded yet.
     
    If anyone else is having such problems, please try deleting old one and download the new one I uploaded at 1:40am central time this morning and report back.
     
    If that still doesn't solve it, I really need one or more of you who can't get it working to find me on the KIK App so you can help me diagnose the problem, or I won't know what needs to be fixed or what the users need to do to fix it.
     
    One of the important things I changed this year for AutoUpdate is that I now use Microsoft's "Power Query" to handle the Data Connections necessary to do the updating, and I know some older versions of Microsoft Excel don't automatically come with this installed. It is a Free Add-In for Office 2010 & Office 2013 on Microsoft's website so try installing it if you are experiencing problems.
     
     
    I really need to hear if this fixes anyone, and if it doesn't, I really need to have a realtime conversation with you!

The difference here though is that we aren't in control of what our opponent calls on offense. We can look at the things people call against us the most, in the Gameplan screen, but that's about it. With Pagano, we get to decide what the offensive play is, and presumably some will be more likely to produce a Man coverage (possibly depending on down, distance and field position).

     

    Thoughts?

     

     

     I just help provide "numbers" and a way to see / compare all those numbers.
    The rest of the forum would be for how people like to interpret those numbers.
